Terms + Conditions

All new clients will receive a consultation before treatment.

Please prepare to spend an extra 15-20 minutes on consult depending on your needs & goals.

Your consultation does not eat into your treatment time. This begins the moment I start treating you.

A booking deposit of £20 is taken upfront to secure your slot.

Each booking deposit includes one reschedule only.

Multiple reschedules are not permitted as they block out time that could be supporting another client.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

We offer a 15-minute grace period.

If you arrive after this time frame I need to cancel your appointment and process a full payment for the missed time.

You are welcome to schedule a new appointment for another day.

Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time.

Late Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge for the full amount of the service paid by bank transfer.

No-shows: These will be charged the full appointment fee paid by bank transfer.
